Our Strength

“Azerbaijan Sturgeon House” LLC is currently recognized as the second-largest sturgeon biomass farm in Azerbaijan. Constantly growing and expanding, our company has specialized in the production of premium sturgeon caviar.

Our fish farm is located along the Kura River, in Yevlakh district and Mingachevir city. The facility is fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure to produce high-quality black caviar both during and outside of the natural season.

Infrastructure and Production Capacity

Built on modern technologies and ecological sustainability principles, our facility includes:

  • Closed Water Recirculation System (RAS) hatchery – for breeding and raising healthy fingerlings in a controlled environment.

  • 240 ponds – supplied with clean Kura River water.

  • 300 floating cages – installed in the flowing waters of the Kura River to provide natural living conditions for sturgeon.

  • Wintering and processing units – ensuring full-cycle management of preservation, processing, and production.
